[BimBo] _Activities in Website

Here comes to the process of creating and designing the "Activities" part in our group website.
The concept design of "Activities" main page in our group website will same with "Transportation" main page.

We use "Microsoft Word" (or you can also use "Microsoft PowerPoint") to write the word "Activities" using "Word Art" which you can find it under "Insert". After that, print screen the word out by pressing "PrntScrn" on the top right of your keyboard. (as shown below).
Next, open "Paint" file, "Ctrl+V", crop out the part that you want and...
click "Ctrl+X" to cut out, open a new "Paint" click "Ctrl+V", save it

Next, we search five icons that related with our activities to put in our website... (for example, scuba diving --> http://www.google.com.my/search?rlz=1C1CHJS_enMY422MY422&q=scuba+diving+icons&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1366&bih=667)
Here is the five icons that we found in the Google.
The first icon is Scuba Diving, next is Jungle Trekking, Nightlife, Snorkeling, Turtle, Camping.

Now let's move to Dreamweaver.
We actually did a Flash to "Activities", but we didn't put it in our web due to some problems.

"Insert" ---> "Image" to put the "Activities" word in and also the six icons.

Link all the icons with all the activities html file that we had created.

We added all the infos in and also picture so that visitors/travelers could understand more about the activity.

And each of the activity, we will put back all the six icons under the page, so that visitors/travelers could go to other activities (as shown below)

_____________________________________________________________________________________
We are back to update you on our work process. This week will be an update on our website development. We had proceed with dreamweaver to come out with the basic outlook of our website. Now, we will lookk at some pictures of our development before continuing this updates.

First stage of development
Basic outcome of the page

As you can see above are just some pictures of the development process. The page may look mono-colour to you . However, we didn't want the whole page to look so colourful and complicated. Visitors going to beach for holidays are to enjoy and relax every moment to the fullest possible. We hope that when visitors click into our pages, they can feel the fresh morning breeze from the seaside and to enjoy the fantastic view of the Mother Nature. If everything is being made complicated, visitors will be confused by the website as they may not be able to find the information needed.
